Elyas Kanchan Munna is a Dubai-based filmmaker, cinematographer, editor, and media entrepreneur with 27 years of professional experience in the Bangladesh and international film and television industry. As the Founder, MD & CEO of CineFilm International and founder of a UAE-licensed Free Zone media studio, he leads one of the most ambitious South Asian-originated media production companies in the Gulf region.

A true multi-skilled creative professional, Elyas brings hands-on mastery across the entire film production pipeline — from writing and directing to cinematography, video editing, color grading, and post-production. His expertise spans drama series, musical films, TVCs, advertisements, documentaries, and OTT content, making him one of the most versatile Bangladeshi media professionals in the Gulf.

With deep-rooted connections in Bangladesh's TV and film media industry, Elyas has built strong relationships with leading broadcasters, production houses, directors, and artists across the country. These networks, combined with his UAE base, enable CineFilm International to bridge South Asian content with international platforms and audiences.

As the organizer of the CIFA 2026/2027 Awards — Grand Final on 31 January 2027, Dubai — Elyas is creating a landmark awards platform celebrating global talent in film, television, music, fashion, and digital content. He has personally managed over 1,000+ artists across 30+ countries throughout his career.

Beyond production, Elyas founded API.CineFilm.AI — a WhatsApp AI marketing SaaS platform — and continues to push the boundaries of what is possible for South Asian creatives on the world stage. The company operates a licensed UAE free zone media studio, offering complete production and broadcast facilities.
